Korn Ferry Playoffs are underway!

The first event, the Simmons Bank Open, is being held this week at Vanderbilt Legends Club in Franklin, TN. As a reminder, this week features a full 156 player field although only 137 players registered and as of Wednesday, 4 had withdrawn from the event. Next week the field will shrink to 144 players for the Nationwide Children's Hospital event. The Compliance Solutions Championship will have the top 120 players (plus ties) from the points list. The final event, The Tour Championship, will be the top 75 players (plus ties) with the most points earned. At the end of that week the top 20 point earners will receive their PGA Tour card for 2026. The remaining 55 players will be fully exempt on the Korn Ferry Tour for 2025. Additional cards will be available through Q-School later in the year.

The next few weeks will be all about taking orders for off season testing. Players are making adjustments to current clubs they are using based on course conditions or set up, but are not interested in making a major change at this point of the year. Each week is too important to try something new.

I built a new RR 60 SP for Dan this week so he can start "break it in" while he practices. He doesn't like to put anything directly in the bag that he hasn't had a chance to work with first.
