Shipping Rates & Duties

Orders of $300 USD or more: Free Shipping
Orders under $300 USD: Flat rate of $10 USD
Import Duties & Taxes: All import duties for international shipments from Japan are fully covered by PROTOCONCEPT GOLF. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Assembly & Delivery Time

Every PROTOCONCEPT club is a masterpiece. As all orders are assembled by skilled Japanese craftsmen to your specific requirements, shipping times vary:

In-stock Items: Shipped within 10 business days.
Fully Custom-built Items: Require 3 to 5 weeks for meticulous assembly of each individual club.

Important Notes:

Delivery may take longer if certain components (heads, shafts, etc.) are out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you via email.
We do not ship on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
Order Tracking: We highly recommend creating an account. This allows you to conveniently monitor your order’s progress and receive automated status notifications via your My Page.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We deliver exclusively to the following countries (mainland territories only; excluding island territories):

Australia, Austria, Canada, United Kingdom, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, and Taiwan.

Address Consistency: Your delivery address and billing address must match and be located within the same country from the list above.
No Forwarding Services: We do not ship to forwarding service addresses. Orders using such services will be canceled.
Discretionary Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain addresses or locations at our discretion to ensure secure delivery.

Security & Identity Verification

To ensure the safe delivery of high-value items and prevent fraudulent transactions:

High-Value Purchases (Over $1,000 USD): We may request a copy of your identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.) via email. Assembly will begin once identity is verified.
Fraud Prevention: We may request identity verification (including phone calls) regardless of the order amount.
Resale Prohibition: Purchases intended for resale are strictly prohibited.
