Winter Closure Period:
December 28, 2023 (Thursday) to January 8, 2024 (Monday)
Details during the Winter Closure:
Online Shop Orders: Our online shop will remain open for orders throughout the closure period.
Club Assembly Operations: Orders placed during the closure period will be processed sequentially from January 9, 2024, after confirming parts availability with our manufacturers.
Product Shipping: The last day for shipping in 2023 will be December 27 (Wednesday). Shipping will resume sequentially from January 9, 2024.
Inquiries: Any inquiries received during the closure period will be addressed sequentially from January 9, 2024. Please note that our Customer Service Center will also be closed during this period. For any inquiries during the closure, kindly use our contact form.
For information regarding the year-end and New Year operations of our authorized dealers, please contact them directly.
